Recently was the Barsi ( death anniversary ) of Sant Baba Puran Singh ji of Kericho africa, an auspicious occasion was held at Gnnsj Gurdwara Soho Road. Here i presented a recent painting that i did by Guru Nanaks grace, to bhai Sahib Bhai Mohinder Singh ji. I do not have any words, the best i can relate to is this piece written by a someone in love with Baba Puran Singh ji:

 To Pujya Baba Ji of Kericho and my world,

My one, You are my one, who has that link with Guru Nanak Dev Ji

You are my One, my one who took pity because of Guru Nanak Nirankaar Jis compassion

You are the one who made things clear cut for me

You wore the robe of an ordinary man but had Guru Nanak Sahib in every word you spoke

You wore Ray ban shades, but saw everyone equally through Guru Nanak Maharaaj Jis eyes of equality and love

You enjoyed all the Veggie food of the average man, and only wanted love to be put into the food you ate.

You lived, taught and gave Love

You took demons and turned them into angles

you took demons and made them your own

Blessed are the Flowers around you

Blessed are the cloths you wore

Blessed is everything you touched, saw and spoke of

It has been 29 years this year Baba Ji and me the foolish fool is still foolish but foolish in your company, in your grace and in your eye

You told us you would never leave us and you havent

I do not deserve you

i am trying, i know you know this, and i know you know i am more lazy than trying

I will try, i will try and walk on the path of Guru Nanak Sahib, slowly and carefully

I will try and keep patience

You took pity on me that I never deserved, but so is the way of Guru Nanak Patshah

I wish i was a flower to be picked that could be placed at your Charan Kamla

When i see you in videos and hear you speak you break my ego you break my love you break through my mind, I go mad when I hear you

I still do not deserve you or your sangat

I do not remain now
